Our technical assistance is always available and available 24 hours a day thanks to the organization of shifts for normal closures business. Moreover, our staff is able to suggest maintenance options to be carried out on the machines on line to avoid blocking the machines during closing periods, and all this for free on telephone advice.

Ink Service offers its customers an assistance service that is not only reliable, but also convenient: the real cost of labor is charged, excluding the hourly cost of travel and the right to call; the cost of the trip for our customers is the mere reimbursement per kilometer round trip according to the ACI table variable every year.
